The beauty of the internet is that it brings your customers to you in a manner of your choosing and through an experience within your model. However, what you offer your clients, how you service their needs, and how it fits into your overall service model determines how you retain clients and acquire new ones.

This was the idea behind the strategic and conceptual assignment we worked on with Fidelity Investments. Working with both their strategic and creative teams, we conceptualized, and prototyped a desktop Widget designed to help customers manage their portfolios and form a more interactive relationship with their representatives. To make it a seamless integration, we worked with their technical representatives in order to keep the focus on  the assignment  allowing their internal resources a fresh perspective.
